No tagDoes it have a SPID tag on the inside of the trunk lid to match the VIN plate?
I wouldnt be shocked if it was retagged. I had a bunch of friends in Ny back in the day that used to steal and strip and retag. Mostly old rx7’s and toyota corollas. I had an 82 corolla that was stolen. We found it in East NY (brooklyn neighborhood) and drove it back to bushwick with vice grips. They took the steering wheel off They would have retagged for sure if we didnt find itDoes it have a SPID tag on the inside of the trunk lid to match the VIN plate?
I don't know what year they changed the wiring and used a different style wiper motor but here is a picture of my 86' Regal's, the washer pump is electric not cam driven like my 83' Monte's which has the old style. So i just decoded my vin and unless car was stolen and retagged the vin 10th digit is an “E” for 84
Maybe at some point they did change glass and harness? Or vin was swapped and car was stolen at some point
I dont believe mine looks like that. I have the older styleI don't know what year they changed the wiring and used a different style wiper motor but here is a picture of my 86' Regal's, the washer pump is electric not cam driven like my 83' Monte's which has the old style.
