You should be able to get them for less than $20.00 at Auto Zone or Advance.
 
i dont know the shop where i have my car said that they needed to be replaced and that it wasnt the whole backingplate justthe split part.. dont know what that means.. but they said if it was the whole part he would have to tear the whole rearend apart.. but the shop wanted 100$ for there split backingplates... i looked up online and saw backing plates for less then 20$... but didnt say split i dont know what that means.. but the shop for parts labor costing me 540$ included need lines,backing plates,wheel cylinders, didnt want to pay that much but guy had it on the hoist an needed to know.. just pisses me off that i find parts waay cheap an a shop will charge crap load
 
stops great but costs me

cars stop really good but 540$ later... and i didnt see split backing plate looks like they still used a whole plate but where ever they got them at it was 179 bucks for both
