hey guys im trying to get my cutlass i bought last week up & running, it needed a gas tank, sending unit, fuel pump an filter to get running, got all that done, and i took it for a drive around the block and my right front brake is seized up, im just wondering, whats the best way to get it unseized? i was thinking if i can get it off the rotor to just clamp a 2x4 onto the cylinder and push it back into the caliper? not sure if that'd be the right way but the only way i can think of. some input would be great please, and i may have posted in the wrong area, if so please move and pm me 🙂, also car is an 87 cutlass with a 305

Replace it. A caliper is only $19 at AutoZone, with a $11 core charge. $30 total.

true, never really thoguht about it, i should just do both sides, pads, posisbly rotors, and back shoes, brake cylinders & all springs... hmmm food for thought 🙂
