BU part 2

Hi Everyone. I just purchased a 79 Malibu last night. The body is clean, execpt for the driver door wich doesn't close all the way. It also looks like it was in a fender bender and the front left corner of the hood looks a lil pushed in. I checked the core support and no creases or any sighn of damage. I did the same to the frame and under carage. There was sighns of leakage on the passangers floor from the ac/heater box.

Now for the drive train. It'a a v6, what more can i say lol. It starts right up, but smoke when cold.

it's a 2 door, silver/light blue color.

Looks like a nice car. A new steel cowl hood will fix those problems in no time! I'd say you're a set of door hinge pins, some wheels, and your old motor away from an awesome Bu.

Any ideas on what you're going to do with the paint and wheels?

Thanx guys. Im thinking of getting a nice use set of 16'' wheels for the time being. I seen some good offers on craigslist for cragers,rally's, or irocs. The guy that sold me the car was so nice enough to put a set of old's hubs 😳...

I havent thought about the paint yet, but i do like this grey color that infinity has on there fx's. I wanted to do a 2tone grey color on my last Bu.
