Bucket Seat Hinge Covers ..... INTERCHANGE ?

So ... the Olds bucket seat chrome hinge covers

Can any of non-Olds/non-chrome hinge covers be used on them ... or are the Olds hinge's unique ?.

I'm trying to convince myself whether or not ...

I should part with the chrome Olds covers I have for when I own another Olds some day.

They are unique to G body cutlass' and and a few very rare Riviera's

They're unique, although olds style bucket seats were used in other 78-82 ish gbodys, such as monte, regal, Grand Prix, grand am, Lemans, etc. which you most likely already knew.

Damn shame some of the regular ole' painted type covers won't work on the Olds hinges.

Maybe I should hold on to my stash of the chrome Olds covers.
