Corbeau bucket seat brackets

Have you considered looking at newer seat tracks? Many OE seats are now set up with a lever to adjust height on their manual seats, and typically have a better/easier to use handle for fore/aft adjustment.

I couldn't say which exact ones right offhand, because I am probably in and out of a couple dozen vehicles weekly, but it seems like most have this feature...aside from the obvious electric seats

Hatchback Subaru Impreza seats fit that bill, but are a bit too wide for a G body IMO.

yeah i recently seen that in 1 of the new subarus and like the idea of it. however im gonna either buy what orginally posted and mod it or buy this and have a base built with snub legs with 1 hole drilled in each to a bolt with custom feet with 2 bolt holes 1 for factory height and another a 1/2 in down for the height i want. https://www.opgi.com/interior-accessories/seat-accessories/seat-slider6/ch34321.html

EDIT just found the question section under the corbeau " Q: Will this bracket bolt to my stock Monte Carlo bucket seats?"
" A: No it will not. Corbeau seat brackets are specific to Corbeau seats and won't work with other aftermarket or OEM seats."

so that answers that, it saves to read. lol

As I mentioned in your other thread
https://gbodyforum.com/threads/looking-at-a-1-inch-drop.88369/
your best option is a factory power base, it can sit lower than any fixed base and if you still need more leg room you can make relocation brackets like I did for my Regal in 2015 that will give you just under 2" more legroom, but I believe somebody makes them now.

you know you're kinda right. lol had pops dig out the ol' power seat base from 1995 that lived for 2 wks and left me stuck in my car for near 1/2 hr all the way fwd. its a good solid base that i know bolts to floor & factory bucket to be gutted and modified to take a manual slider. bought this ut from amazon for a few sheckles less but i'll be payin out the (_*_) for whatever fabs i'm sure. https://www.opgi.com/interior-accessories/seat-accessories/seat-slider6/ch34321.html

i called opgi bout fitting factory buckets and they said NO so i'm confused how they can advertise this fitting any monte. lol

That's what all aftermarket sliders look like. Those bolt to aftermarket seats on one side, and whatever bracket fits your car & floor on the other side
