bucket seat mounting bracket measurements

Can somebody who has an 1978 el camino with original bucket seats give me the measurements from left to right then diagonal on both the drivers and passenger seats. Had a bench originally, then changed floor pans, now trying to find the exact locations to weld the four bucket seat brackets to the floor, to make it original. Thanks
 
I'm sorry I don't have the measurements...but what I did was use the two original outside mounts...make sure the tracks are set evenly on the seat, set the seat on and bolt down to the outside mounts. Slip the inside brackets under the inside corners and snug the mounting nuts down. I protected the seats and tack welded the inside mounts down. Removed the seats and finish weld to satisfaction. Worked good for me.
 
Master mechanic are you 100% sure on that. Never even thought of it. Thanks
 
yep,im no master mechanic,lol :rofl: far from it.thats just something this site doespertaining to the # of posts you have on here.but i have had 27 g-bodys in my lifetime,so i do know a lil suntin 😀 your gn should have buckets yes? these and g's with a 60/40 bench will have te same floor bracket locations,rather it be monte,elco,regal,cutlass,gp,malibu 78-88.
