Buick Olds Pontiac TH350 will it fit a sbc? Help!

Im recently pulled out my V6 and Th350, & I bought a SBC and dont really want to use the trans I have(it leaks plus I found a better one) the other one I found is a Buick Olds Pontiac TH350. I wanted to know if it will fit and what I need to make it fit...Thanks for Help

An adapter plate and spacers or washers between the torque converter and flex plate.
