Supposedly this increased enforcement is a reaction to the "Ricer" kids who like to takeover intersections with drift shows.
Smh, I am medically retired and I can't afford $1000 fines so I am going to keep my car parked until I can afford a new exhaust.

Man, I enjoyed my 3 years in San Diego, but no way in hell I was stayed there when I got out of the military. Gas was like $1.00-$1.50 more expensive than just about any other state, houses are tiny and come with no property yet cost at least $500k for just about any home, laws for firearms and vehicles are a pain in the a$$. No way I would move back. Even Miami is way cheaper.
