You could also post a wanted ad in the wanted section. Lots of these cars were buick v6 powered, its not too much of a strech to think someone out there has one they would hook you up with that would otherwise be sent for scrap with the rest of the engine.

My thought too, or similarly. Depends on how much of a rush you’re in. Surely someone has one or a 3.8 from a g-body they’d part with the line. Also a long shot maybe but any yards with a 3.8 g-body in your area? Get a factory line for pennies on the dollar, plus other spare parts. Usually the 3.8’s don’t get too picked over.

Might go the pick-your-part route if I strike out elsewhere. In all honesty, the one I have will probably still work, it’s just that the fitting is chewed all to heck, and the line is pretty kinked toward the carburetor.

Definitely check the local yards if you can. You will need a 1" open end wrench for the carb fitting and a GOOD 5/8 line wrench and either an 11/16 or 3/4 open end wrech to hold the fitting on the fuel pump.

Your line is trash take it off and throw it away when you get a replacement, you'll thank me and yourself later.

The guy I’m getting from my wagon from keeps tabs on gbodies arriving at the various LKQ’s near him in SoCal, a couple have had 3.8’s and this is in the last two months. Easy to check online if they at least have the vehicles/engine, could be picked over but always a chance to grab a bunch of small goodies.

Awwwgeeeezzzz
Here we are, 6 pages deep and all we've accomplished is getting it off the trailer and remove a fuel line. This is shaping up to be the sites most active thread evah 🤣.
I'm in for the duration.
