much more info is needed.
present/future: gear ratio, trans, use (drag, street, spirited street, etc), heads, intake, compression, pistons, carb/efi, (if you live somewhere like denver-aka high altitude), torque converter.
do you want the cam to fit what's there now, or what may be there later?
how much power do you want?
how much torque do you want?
where do you want the torque/power?

almost forgot, if you go to comp cams website you can download camquest6 for free. then you can punch in your engine details and get cam recommendations and "play" with the cam/combo.
and what year is the motor? roller or flat tappet cam?

im not sure about anything internal i am still tearing down the motor but i plan on runnng 3.73 i will be my daily driver i havea edelbrock650 right now and turbo 350 with stage 2 shift kit i want more of lope at idle i want around 375 to 400 hp and about alittle more than 400 tq

a Comp Cams XE268H cam would be a pretty good fit. It is widely viewed as being a good balance of streetability and performance. If you wanted more horsepower, sacrificing some torque, you could go with a higher duration cam like a XE274. Comp Cams camshafts are affordable and have proven themselves to be a great choice.

Hey Thought I Would Leave My .02, I Was thinkin about putting Comp Cams 268 cam in my SBC 355, but Found That Lunati Made a Very Similar Cam That Was Designed To Be better Than Comps 268 Cam, I Would Suggest Looking At Lunati's 60103 Voodoo Cam. Specs Are As Follows : http://www.lunatipower.com/Product.aspx?id=1984

The voodoos are a great grind! I had a 60103 (the xe268 equevelent) but changed to the xe268 cause I'm stupid haha. No I really didn't need to much of a cam and I'm extremly happy with my xe268 looooaddddssss of power every where. The voodoos are really a step ahead of the xe line in terms of numbers. Ex. a voodoo 268 is closer to a xe274 than the voodoo 276 is. The numbers on the xe68 is 224/230 duration at .50 and .477/.480 lift. I used a stock stall but really could bennifit from a 1800... and thats whats going in this week! I cant wait to put it either. With the stock stall the wheels would spin and get you sideways at 30-35mph in second gear its a fun fun fun car!
