Could be. White smoke usually means coolant. What did the plugs look like when u took them out. If they r too clean, then possibly blown head gasket.

the plug was wet like it hasnt been firing idk y i pulled the blup with the wire connected and it was arching

i dont think the smokes coolent it dont sell like it or is realy that bad

Try running a compression test on the engine. Check it for balance between cylinders rather than overall pressure, but no cylinder should be below, say, 125psi- unless you have a sub 8:1 compression ratio. For example, I just checked my 261k mile Nissan Frontier and it had 160psi in all 4 cylinders. If one was 140psi, that would be bad because it would be a weak cylinder. That engine has about a 9-9.5:1 compression ratio, the same stroke as a Chevy 400 and a bore smaller than a 305. Your Goodwrench 350 likely has between 7.8:1 and 8.5:1 compression ratio as that's what they usually have. So, your compression pressure should be a little lower than mine was.

U can also borrow a block tester. It uses a Purple fluid and draws air into a tube from the radiator. If it turns Yellow, then it "smells" combustion and u have a blown head gasket or cracked head.

Just remember with the block tester you must make sure that coolant does not mix with the chemical.Otherwise you will not get a accurate reading and that chemical will not be useful anymore
