what all is needed to install a cam in a sbc 350? ive never done it before is it a hard to do? what all needs to be changed along with the cam?

I would change the lifters for sure if it's a flat tappet cam.I would also change the the springs and timing chain for good insurance. If possible try to buy the whole kit seeing as they are a matched set. If you never have done a cam swap just look for info on whats needed and and a how to article. Also keep in mind you will need gaskets,sealers and how to set up the timing.
