They make a speedo big enough to fit a 300lbs man but does it make it right no.Theres a wrong and right way to do everything just slapping bigger wheels on a car with out changing the rear end speedo gear and bigger brakes is unsafe its harder to stop and speedometer will be off and get worse gas mileage.Adding 40 feet more braking distance to a car that didn't have the best brakes to start with is crazy 60-0 matters no matter what your driving.Thank god thats a new mustang if it been a old one id be pissed.

if he ask if 20's will fit and the only post is "yes" and he goes out buys the first set he sees, goes home and tries to bolt them on are they going to go on? was that "yes" helpful? if you tell him only what he needs to know to bolt them on and he takes the car out for it's first drive and he kills somebody because no one said "hey that's going to brake like sh*t" was that helpful?
and that mustang had a HUGE amount of work done to it to make those rims fit. that's like saying a funny car rim and tire will "bolt in"

Of course the mustang wheel doesnt "bolt on" was showing him that anything can be done 🙂

sorry. my misunderstanding
what i think is confusing people here (it just did it to me) is that one side of this arguement is saying "they aren't a DIRECT bolt in", and the other side is saying "if it's possible, then it bolts in". i think we all agree that it CAN be done, it's just a question of how much work you're willing to put into it and whether or not you are concerned about the safety issues (which can be solved, and relatively easily).

I am actually surprised how good they made those 24's look on the Mustang. It actually looks really clean.

it was a joke...you know, a play off all those cliche things bar tenders say when a odd guy walks into the bar.

From the way it looks in the pictures, I'd think that if you put the wheel hard over the tires would scrape the fenders. Is that true?
