Hi there, To anyone that tells you a certain size of wheels wont fit I want you to look at these pictures and/or show them that anything can be done.

They are 24s, Only thing I know about the tire size is that they are 405/xx/24

now that's sick!

Looks like you could barely fit a piece of paper between the rear fenders and those wheels. lol.

Those fenders look like they've been widened though, big time. Some serious $$$ went into that one.

the mustang is not at ride height there. is has a full AirRide suspension in it.

My point was just say yes or no then move on, trust me all you guys talking about brakes and roation of mass and all that other stuff those guys could give a rats *ss about. When i had my shop i would try to explain that stuff to the owners of vehicles that i lifted and all they cared about was " So them twentfos gonna fit?" (white or black they all talk like that) Half the cars out here have no suspension travel what so ever so i think the brakes are the least of anyones worries. My friend has a shop on the other side of town and not even 12 hours after it left the shop one of his customers roll one over because he took a corner too fast. So basically save your self the time of typing and expain this stuff to someone who might actually take it to use. Like me

I'm sorry, but if I were doing such a modification ... it's either we do this right or we don't do this. Too many lawyers/too many people that needlessly can get hurt. Safety trumps "style". Frankly I stand behind "no bigger than 18s" AND brake upgrades. This is NOT a yes/no question and if yes or no is the ONLY acceptable answer .... then the answer is undoubtly "NO!"

22s do tuck but you are going to start having major rubbing issues and you better make sure you have the righ backspacing. logical to do it, probably not, will it look good? maybe, depends on how it is done, i have seen g bods on 22s and bags look very nice. 20s should be the biggest and thats pushing it. 18s are most logical and brake upgrades are a must. keep in mind that this is the "custom" section

10 pts for anyone that can tell me why these "Cutlass" pictures look funny and another 10 pts for why the rims may fit a bit better than they would on my Cutlass.

Is that the rare Buick version I have heard so much about?

I do believe it is and look at them 1/4 panels ... the lip around the wheel openning seems to flare out further - I bet you you can tuck more tire in there than on on the Oldsmobiles and have less rubbing. How weird ehh?
