If it was my car and the rest of the car is in good shape,I would put a Roof on it if your not putting a top back on.If you want to leave the top off the welding is going to warp it and you will have a lot of work on your hands.

Fixing that is possible if you wanna spend some time on it. And theres always a solution. If you dont wanna fix it you can get a donor car for the roof or transfer your drivtrain to another car if its good
