I need to replace my quadrajet, ive rebuilt it but i just want a ebrock or holley. I'm a little lost on what cfm would be best for me. here is some stats on the motor...

355 sbc
6200 rpm motor
performer rpm manifold
.489 lift .476 exhaust
about 340 rwhp
9.4:1 compression
dart 180cc shp heads

Thanks for your suggestions, ive had nothing but troubles with the quadrajet !

600-700cfm would be my pick.

I put in a 355 performance engine with 6200 Max rpm on holleys calculator, it said 541 cfm, so a 600 cfm carb might be your best bet.

That calc is a load of sh*t. That motor will handle a holley Street HP 750 DP without n e troubles. Just installed one on my LeMans and it never worked better.
