holley carb throttle shaft

my holley secondary throttle shaft is loose i bought new bushings and throttle shaft and fitted them they are as loose as the original has anyone have the same problems

i bought a new throttle shaft and it measured .358 in dia looks like they made them a little undersized i installed the nylon seals on the shaft it tightened it up a little

I'm sure the new nylon seals on the throttle shaft helped it;s better than it was
