ok i just had my 4 bbl rochester quadra jet rebuilt but whenever im at a red light with my foot on the brake the choke light comes on and it feels like it wonts to cut out but it never does i was wondering what to do
Sounds like the base idle speed is too low. You will need to adjust it using a screwdriver. The screw is located on the driver's side of the carb towards the front and behind the A/C idle speed compensator. It will have a spring on it and is on the main body of the carb.
