Where are the air and fuel adjustment screws on a rochester e2me, the dualjets that came on the 3.8 NA V6? I'm gonna tune my carb this week, but I felt stupid because I couldn't even find the screws.

Many times the factor quadrajets and dualjets had the adjustment screws sealed from the factory. You have to drill out lead or epoxy to get to them. Do a google search, you should find instructions. If not, I have a rebuild book and I can get a picture.

It is usually better to adjust the idle air bleed valve to adjust the idle mixture.

I'm thinking for a year or two, they may have been hidden behind a plastic cap also. Trying to keep you from tuning and polluting. That or they had a plastic limiting cap attached so you couldn't turn them too far. My memory is a bit fuzzy since its been awhile since I worked to defeat their evil plans of stealing my tuning capabilities. LOL
