Carb Spacer question (HELP)

Can I use a 4 hole carb spacer on an open plenum intake manifold?

Yes you can. The only time you need to worry about the holes for the flaps is if your using a spreadbore carb on a square bore intake or vice versa. If its a single plane intake then I wouldn't see how it would matter.
