Some pics of my 79 Malibu.
The exhausts are bolted to long tube 1 5/8" headers with 3" collectors. 2 1/2" center in / center out mandrel bent. They are kind of blurry, but if you look in front of the mufflers (towards the front of the car) you can see a couple of custom made resonators I got from a guy way up in cold country. He makes them for different model corvettes but they fit well under the bu. I can't stand the noise of these mufflers and will change them and remove the resonators this year. I put a couple of other pics in so you could see what the exhaust looks like from the back and side of t he car.
