I worked at a detail shop when I was 17. We just used Tide and a bucket of warm water. You'd be amazed how well it works.trevorjm said:What brand of shampoo did you use? I'd love to do this.

x2! Dish detergent works great, I even use it to clean my floor mats. I'm big fan of keeping my car clean... It might be a grimy job the first time, but after that it becomes a case of maintaining it. Just pull out the vacuum every couple weeks, also go around and wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth, and then apply leathercare or some other protections for all the plastic.DRIVEN said:I worked at a detail shop when I was 17. 3 wires #1 power #2 ground #3 to power from reverse lite switch. If you have a service manual for your Caddy there is a wiring schematic that shows what wire goes to what pin. If you go get one at a wrecking yard pull as much of the harness that you can get.G-Body_Vet said:tc 1959 said:Cadillac self dimming rear view mirror.
I never thought about swapping one of those. I know I like the one in my Deville! Anything special about doing it or is it just a matter of 12v?
