I would think that I would have to drill holes to install something :idea:
 
I didn't need to drill any holes, the anchoring fitted the original seat belt bolts.
In my view there is no better place to fit restraint systems than the original seat belt mountings designed into the car.
if I could find a suitable setup in the UK I'm sure you won't have any trouble finding something suitable.

I bought this style at Canadian Tire, was $5. But I never got around to putting it in.
