HAHA! I'd take everything that man tells you with a big grain of salt from now on...
Apparently he hasn't wandered around looking at g-body's in the boneyard, cause the sun causes them to turn yellow even faster, and also makes the plastic extremely brittle.

When I got my Cutlass wagon from Texas, I was working under the hood and rested my hand on the coolant overflow tank, and it was so brittle my hand went right through the top of it.
