clutch rod hole location?

Can anyone out there with manual clutch linkage in 78-81 El Camino tell me the exact location of the hole in the firewall for the clutch pushrod? Thanks

There is an indent in the firewall below and slightly towards the DS inner fender that the rod goes through. You will need to open it up with a hole saw.

if you have cruise control it's the hole where the wires for the cruise control pass through the firewall just below the bake booster
