I assume your looking for the 86-87 Monte Carlo LS Factory Composite lites? I don't think anyone sells new replacements. Try watching Craigslist for people parting out a car that has them I just saw an LS front clip on Detroit Craigslist for $500. Or try Dixie Monte Carlo Parts.

No, all 83-88 SS's came with sealed beam headlights, but some have converted them with headlights from a Chevy Celebrity:
