No. There is no direct correlation.

The biggest issue with trying to correlate the cranking psi to a static compression ratio is that depending on what camshaft is used can throw the results.

You could have an engine with 9.5:1 compression with 180psi cranking psi as mentioned above and another with 11:1 compression that also has 180psi because it has a big cam that bleeds off more pressure.
