why not do what you need to do to make it buzz and find out what is making the noise by unplugging it

That one was funny and I did unplug it but is there a way I can take all this out? I don't even know what it is? Carb maybe?

I have no idea, you'll have to trace the wires or just remove the wiring and see what stops working. If you unplug the buzzer why not just tuck the wiring out of the way.

I like to clean up the wiring a bit but I will just unplug the buzzer and hide it away. I think it is the obd1 thing

It might be the SES, light module.
