update put motor back together everything good sounds good ran 14.16@ 93 mph was best last nite on pump gas 93 no issues at all i did go with a colder plug only change we made at track was went up in jets 1 size so far so good thanks for the input

EWWW.... What are you shifting at? What's your 60 foot? Your combo seems to still not a good one.
If your not shifting above 5500 rpm with that combo or its not allowing you to shift up there then that cam or the heads are killing you.
With 11:1 CR, that motor should be screaming down the track to low 13s. or high 12s.

yes i know but he is in true street cant go faster than 13.50 and its shifting itself @4500 gonna play some more this weekend just trying to be consistant for points the cam in it should be shifting @55-5600 area only stock shifter that can hit reverse so until he can get a shifter gonna be safe
