This month was monte month and there was a lot of nice monte carlos that were submitted.

After a couple days of voting, JBreu and his 84 Monte Carlo came out on top with 13 votes!

Congratulations to JBreu, heres a little about his ride.

I bought my '84 Monte four years ago as an E-Bay find from Virginia for $2100.00 It had a tired old 305 sbc with 200k on the clock with bench seats....When I bought it I planned on making it a street rod..It now has a 388 Stroker motor with a 700r4 transmission, 3200 PTC converter with a '69 Chevelle 12 bolt rear with 4.10 gears..Ran a best of 12.47 @109 mph a few months ago. I recently had it re-painted with the stock color and added a goodmark 2" cowl hood and also a SS spoiler on the rear....Here's a link to the paint job: http://www.gbodyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=27233

I am very happy to have won the December GBOTM that's for sure. There were alot of other quality Monte Carlo's that were also entered as well and they all deserve hats off to them. From the beginning stages to the finished stages , we all have the same goals in mind and that's to save another fine classic car. Thanks again guys/gals 😀
