check out the motor before i pulled it. The rest of the car is good. I think the undercoating saved it

For those who are storing their cars. Make sure there is air circulating! This engine literally rotted🙁

That's a nice looking car. Too bad about the engine being so badly rotted. That's a real shame.
Save um, it sounds like you're in Canada. If you don't mind me asking, what part of Canada are you in?

If the engine rotted that bad, I'm thinking all the seams of the body should be blistered and be like the Titanic as well.

Canadian car with not too low of mileage; the outside shouldn't be that great. Was it ever repainted? Not sure why the Cutlasses rust so much worse than other G-Bodies.

EDIT: just noticed, but is the firewall grey?

Nice find. You never see them in that color... The engine looks like it had been submerged in salt water. 😱

it was repainted in 1992 according to PO. One seam on the drivers side needs some attention but nothing major. No, the firewall is not grey. I am along way from salt water🙂. i am just outside of Toronto
