Some stats on this car from Vintage Services, for those who are interested.
200 were imported into Canada in 1985, of which 29 were white and 130 had t tops.....kind of a rare bird....

Just noticed your exhaust (headers into catalytic converters) is exactly how I'm planning to do mine. But my 307 is staying.

What headers are you using? I plan on having an old set of Blackjacks retrofitted with an O2 bung and then having them JetHot coated.

Also, what catalytic converters are you using? I plan on retaining the A.I.R. system though.

Good choice on the header. The headers were on the engine when I bought it. Look like long flow masters....I reused them.
The exhaust system is for a monte, I will check to see the brand the converters were.
The biggest issue I had with this build was the transmission mount. I put in a 350 so the mount had to come way ahead. I used one from a 70 Cutless convertable that allowed for header clearance without messing around with the original mount.
