Great write up! My question is, isn’t the pinion on the 9 inch offset? Did you offset your measurements any or just set it up like the pinion was centered? I have a chance to score a Lincoln Versailles 9 inch fairly cheap and I am questioned with the offset of the pinion of the 9 inch.

As long as you aren't offset to the point of tunnel clearance issues, it doesn't affect the overall angles. Whatever the angle is at one end is equal to the angle at the other and they cancel each other out.
