Installing things. I shot this through the MCSS grille - that makes me laugh a little.

The emergency catch bracket needed some surgery to fit the trans cooler for the transmission I don't even want to use - that annoys me a lot.

Built a rad "hose" because it is easier than trying to source and remember the weird *ss car you nicked a hose from.

And working on the other... gonna put an NPT fitting on top for the steam vent.

My welder is almost out of gas. Good thing I work next to an industrial gas supplier. Back to real work on Monday!

Came inside to relax last night and finalized the plan for wiring this thing. There are somethings about the wagon's LS-swap I am not satisfied with - most notable is all the wiring under the car and along the frame rails. It is very crowded. With this car I want to keep as much as possible inside the cabin. So I ordered up a pair of 22-pin weather pack bulkhead fittings (one front, one rear) so if I need to run a wire from underhood to the rear of the car (ie. fuel pump(s) power or PWM signal) it can go through the car cleanly - no wonky *ss grommets everywhere.

Relays, fuses, extra connectors and some other bits are coming too. Might relocate the battery to the trunk...
