Couple of more connectors need ID

Ima disagree on the VSS plug. Now it may have gone to the cruise module at the top of the throttle assembly, though. The plug in the pic doesn't look like it fits into the VSS module (pin spacing). Also, IIRC, the VSS module had a jumper harness to the cruise box....

After looking at it up close I dont think its for the VSS plug either. The shape of the plug is different. The other thing is the car didnt have cruise control. For the time being I might just tape the end and leave it unplugged until I find something isnt working.
 
There is no 3 cavity connector with that combination of wires other than the VSS box, according to the 81 GM service manual

Also, if you look at the cavity end of the box in the pic Kevin posted, it's obvious where it goes. 2 contacts, a separation ridge, and a single contact.

81 would use the VSS for lockup whether it had cruise or not.

I stand by my posted info

Not that it really matters.

IF it ever stops raining, I'll venture out to one of the 81s to verify
