the "USA-1" means it's a government plate. you know something gov't is more than $8.98!!!! :lol:

That is not a Govmt. plate I had one of those in like 1982 you could buy one anywhere for about $1.50

Again look at the size posted not a regular plate that are available for under $10 bucks, but even for the size there is no way it is worth that much!
