I dislike the side marker fenders with the early header panel, and WTF are you supposed to do for a license plate mount?

Perhaps he's using a fold down type street rod license plate holder. Otherwise, how else would he do it that would still be legal. I would think, even being parked on the street, he could get a ticket for the plate not being visible.
I also agree about the side marker lights. I would've filled them in had I been using the early style header panel. But again, that's my opinion and point of view.
Looks like he also shaved the drip rails. It looks clean, but I feel is a no-no.
