why dont you just use a shipping container? they are solid steel. you wire in your electricity. easy to ventalate. cheap to aquire, and come in MANY different sizes. NO buying/finding blocks. NO stacking, and cementing. NO uncertainty about structural integrity. if i had the space, thats the route i would go. (ive thought about this before)
