Custom Oil fill tube option

I whipped this up a while back. I didn't want to put the ugly/ way to tall filler tube on my pretty sbo.
I tapped the hole before I sent the block to the machine shop. Then I used the CSR water pump hose adapter, and a K&N filter from Summit.

You did a nice job on the filler tube.We always liked to put a frost plug in the oil filler tube hole and delete the filler tube,it cleaned up the look of the block. We would just fill oil into the engine through the valve cover

I was gonna do that as well, but my sheet metal valve covers don't have any breathers to remove and add oil. So I figured using the breather on my setup, might serve as a breather somewhat....
