I bought a pair of Rain X Latitude wiper blades for the Monte 2 years ago.
They are real nice blades although they don't get used a whole lot.
Anyhow the other day it was raining and I turned them on and one of the adapter/clips that hold them on came loose and fell off.
So I emailed Rain X to see if they could send me one adapter as the blades are still like new.
Well what did I get in the mail but a pair of brand new Latitude blades !!
That sure was a pleasant surprise and I was not expecting that.
That is customer service that I would rate A +++
