Uh oh, I wonder what the smog nazi's in cali think about the lack of cats on that Malibu! :lol: What's the cut-off year for emissions exemption down there?

There was a thread on layitlow.com about cali smog. I think they said around the mid to late 70s. I'm glad I'm not a resident here 8)

It's 76, anything latter you have to smog every other year. It's a pain, but if you have the money and know the right people. There's ways of going around it 8)

Yeah, the LS was 86-88 only. I'm looking for a TTop car, haven't found one yet so I might end up grabbing a CL or SS and making it a LS.
