Nope, I saw that pic on ECR or MWSR. I don't think that's a GN wheelwell molding cause their's are more of a rounded shape like a box Caprice. I think those fenders are just rolled. I know someone with a '73 Delta 88 vert on 8s and his fenders look similar to those.
