One of my partner's back home Cutlass on 28s. He didn't cut the car for the rims. That was done nearly a decade ago when someone else had the car. I've got before pics of it too.

I don't completely understand your question. That car used to be sky with a suspension lift and a body lift. My cousin bought the car and removed the lift kits. He sold it to another one of our homies, who has it now, and all he did was paint it and put the rims from his Caprice on it. My cousin has never owned a Donk. Our homie had an rustbucket Donk that he sold quickly.
