the mount on the block is the same? wich modifications i need to do to fit it to the frame?

You will need both the mounts on the block and the frame pads. Get frame mounts for an 80's monte with a 305. Did you get the block mounts with the engine?

Yes just go to the auto parts store and get motor mounts for a Monte SS. I did the Monte v6 to a 350 Vortec. ON the Monte the small block holes in the frame were already there. Anything you need to know just lemme know.
