FE3X Clone. I was thinking about doing the early 442 rear bumper exhaust as well. I do not think the trumpet tips would look good as the G body has sharp box like lines. But a flat rectangle exh tip would look good I think. What do you think about a side exit with the tip flush with the car body say about 1.5 to 2 inches high and rectangle in shap that is split in half.

Have dumps at the muffler before the axel if possible, tail pipes exiting behind the tire leave exhaust burns on your quarter panel. The chrome on my 88 CSC is starting to discolor and my 87 442 has toasty rear quarters and bumper cover flaps.
Monte style is obnoxious... really only looks good on a Monte for some reason.

Blake, I like how your's looks! I have a set of their 3" tailpipes also. I'm gonna run on my 85 442 after i get the SBO Stroker together for it.

Agreed... I'll add El Camino's.
My Camino I used to have looked pretty sweet with the pipes coming out under the bumper...

I have built several 442 one 454 with 3" pipes I just had them turn out more worked for me. The stock do turn out more than pictured.
