i have a 86 cutlass with a 403 and headman headers and duels, stock cross member.

which heddmans are you using? Did you have starter fitment issues?

not sure which ones,i bought them a few years ago,as far as starter fitment,i am using a summit mini starter,no prob with the starter. but did the frame, had to heat and bend a little and re-coat them. here is my exhaust.

Cool, looks good they're not the same as mine.

i got them about 6 years ago from summit racing.the only thing i dont like is the way the exhaust shop stuck the duels out behind the tires, going to take it back and have them run straight out the back.

If you want dual exhaust on a G-body, you're just supposed to cut a notch out on the stock crossmember on the drivers side. Having it go under an un-notched crossmember is not the way it should be done. You are just asking to have your exhaust crushed because it hangs too low not to mention it doesn't look very good.
