It was also suggested to me to by a friend to check out Fusick Automotive. Although they're almost entirely 1961-1977 Oldsmobile parts they do have hood insulation pads for 78-80 Cutlasses. It's listed under part number HI780 and it's $33.50. The fasteners are not included. 14 round ones are needed. Ordered one last week and it was here in 2 days. Just installed it and it looks good. See picture. One more piece of the puzzle done.
