Dash lights problem ??

And some of the later models have a switch on the right mines didn’t

It doesn't hurt to swap the led bulbs back to regular before you start checking the grounds. Which it may be your actually issue but I do know that on my 06 ram I installed led bulbs on plate lights and reverse lights I started to have issues after like 4 or 5 months the reverse led bulbs would stay on after I turn off the truck. And plate lights would flash while driving just swap the bulbs back to stock and try it out
 
No reason you're going through 3. You need to check your wiring (probably ground).
Because I bought like 2 of them
And open the box when I got home
I notice it had burnt marks and it smell like it was burnt . And the second one I notice was broken like somebody had drop it from a building lol
