Yeah I’m going to give that a tryIt doesn't hurt to swap the led bulbs back to regular before you start checking the grounds. Which it may be your actually issue but I do know that on my 06 ram I installed led bulbs on plate lights and reverse lights I started to have issues after like 4 or 5 months the reverse led bulbs would stay on after I turn off the truck. And plate lights would flash while driving just swap the bulbs back to stock and try it out
