Dash lights problem ??

Because I bought like 2 of them
And open the box when I got home
I notice it had burnt marks and it smell like it was burnt . And the second one I notice was broken like somebody had drop it from a building lol

Dude, "Yeah change that like 3 times already" implies that they didn't work, not that they were defective from the parts store. You're ASE Cert- you should have figured it out by now. Good luck.
